Advertising Information

The Tallahassee Advertiser and TallyAds.com covers thirteen counties (Jackson, Calhoun, Franklin, Liberty, Gadsden, Decatur, Grady, Thomas, Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Madison & Taylor), are the region’s premier sources for classified ads.  We offer superior customer service and generate better response than any other advertising source. 

 

We welcome inquiries from franchise & independent dealers, businesses and private parties.  The Tallahassee Advertiser advertising professionals are eager to design a customized package of targeted online and print advertising for you.  Businesses should call our commercial advertising department 850-574-0520 or email us at MichelleW@TallyAds.com. 

 

All ads submitted online between Monday and Friday noon will be included on TallyAds.com within 24-72 hours. Ads submitted online after Friday noon will appear on TallyAds.com no later than Monday noon. 

 

You may place an in one of the following ways:

 

•           Online

Private parties and businesses may place and pay for ads online with our simple and user-friendly online ad placement form.  Sellers may also renew, modify the price or cancel ads online.  If you provide your email address, you will receive email renewal reminders before ads expire.  Place an Ad now!

 

•           By Mail or In Person

You may visit our office or mail your ad and photos, together with your payment and the completed Private Party Ad Form, to:  The Tallahassee Advertiser, 3471 Monroe St., Unit 1, Tallahassee, FL 32303.  Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Directions to our office are available using mapquest.com.  

 

•           By Email

You may email your ad to Ads@TallyAds.com.  Please include the description and price of the item or service you are advertising along with your phone number, even if you do not intend to run your phone number in your ad.  If you are selling a vehicle, please be sure to include the vehicle’s year, make and model (e.g., 2001 Ford Focus).  Please be sure to include your contact information and the best way to reach you so that we may contact you for payment information.  Please do not email credit card information to us.  

 

•           By Phone

You may call our office and place your ad 850-574-0520 during our Customer Service phone hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

•           By Fax

You may fax your ad and credit card information as indicated on the Private Party Ad Form to 850-574-0457.
